How can hydroponics work in the classroom setting?

In this workshop, participants will learn how to build (and teach students to build) a simple, low-cost hydroponic growing system that can be set up in any school classroom. The workshop will explore how to build the system and how to empower and organize students to maintain, run and grow food in the classroom.
